  • Initial meeting to discuss visions & desires
  • Collaborate on budget & provide a budget spreadsheet
  • Venue visit
  • Create a vision board/design proposal
  • Design Vendor Meetings (3) (ex. Florist, Rental Company, etc.)
  • Floorplan design and execution
  • Wedding day (onsite styling)
  • Vendor recommendations (by email only)
  • Meet to go over details & hired vendors
  • Review & go over vendor contracts
  • Confirm vendor arrival times & any expected services
  • Create a wedding day timeline
  • Attend & coordinate rehearsal of the ceremony, if not at a church
  • Supervision over the set up of the ceremony & reception area
  • Act as a representative for the couple
  • Problem solve as issues arise
  • Assist in event clean up

An informal consultation where we get to know you and a little more about your day.

2. It’s Official >

It’s official! You’re ready to start planning with BON TEMPS Event Planning & Design.

3. Initial meeting >

This is where we meet to discuss visions and desires and to review the portal.

4. Begin Designing >

We kick off the design process with a venue visit and design zoom calls.

5. Finalize details >

We have all your event design set, and now it’s time to finalize the last details.

6. Execute the day >

The big day has arrived! We will make sure your venue is looking just as you visioned.
