- Vendor recommendations (by email only)
- Meet to go over details & hired vendors
- Review & go over vendor contracts
- Confirm vendor arrival times & any expected services
- Create a wedding day timeline
- 1 venue visit
- Attend & coordinate rehearsal of the ceremony, if not at a church
- Supervision over the set up of the ceremony & reception area
- Act as a representative for the couple
- Problem solve as issues arise
- Assist in event clean up

Let’s make sure you are on the right track and not missing anything!

We kick off the coordination process with the in-person details/timeline meeting.
5. Finalize details >
We have all your event planning set, and now it’s time to finalize the last details.
6. Execute the day >
The big day has arrived! We’re with you each step of the day taking care of everything.
